Thai iced coffee is a drink that tastes more like a dessert than a mid-afternoon treat thanks to a hearty helping of condensed milk or other combination of cream and sugar. Though mixing it with a pinch of cardamom is hardly anything revolutionary, adding a small hint of orange juice adds a bright twist that reminds me of Swedish cardamom buns popular around tea-time in much of Scandinavia.
ORANGE & CARDAMOM ICED COFFEE
